God,
Tomorrow night the streets will be full of kids in costumes. Watch over every one of them. Guide every driver, light every dark corner, and bring every child home safe. And keep my own heart pointed at You, the Light no darkness can put out.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about God's protection
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
