God,
I don't want to dread Monday for the rest of my life. You know what this job is doing to me. Give me wisdom to know whether to stay or go, courage for whichever it is, and grace for the people who make it hard. My worth was never in a title.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about work
And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.
And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
