God,
Another long day is done. I didn't get everything right, and I didn't finish the list. I'm handing You what's left: the worry, the conversation I keep replaying, the alarm in the morning. You don't sleep, so I can. Give me real rest tonight.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses for sleep and rest
I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.
