God,
The test results still haven't come back. I keep checking my phone like it will change something. Lord, You already know what the paper will say. Hold me in the waiting room of this week, and help me trust that no news has ever surprised You.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about waiting on the Lord
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
