God,
Groceries cost more every week, and Thanksgiving is three weeks away. I don't want to worry about the table before I've thanked You for it. Stretch what we have the way You did the loaves. Show me where to cut back and where to be generous anyway.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about God's provision
Give us this day our daily bread.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
