2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (KJV)

9And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (KJV)

A verse for Strength

Pray it

God,

I'm running on empty. I've been strong for everyone else, and I don't have much left for me. You give power to the faint, so I'm asking for Your strength in place of mine. Help me get through today, just today. Show me what I can set down and who I can lean on. When I feel weak, let Your grace be enough. Be my rock, my fortress and my help in trouble.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about strength (KJV)

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.

The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him.

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
