God,
Groceries cost more every week, and Christmas is coming whether my bank account is ready or not. I don't want to fake a holiday I can't afford. Help me give what I have with joy, and trust You with what I don't have. You have never forgotten us.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about God's provision
Give us this day our daily bread.
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
