God,
Thank You for getting me through today, Lord, even the parts I didn't handle well. I'm laying my head down in Your hands. Watch over everyone I love tonight, and give us sweet sleep.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses for sleep and rest
I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.
I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet.
