God,
I've asked You about this so many times that I've run out of new words. So today I'm not asking You to hurry. I'm asking You to keep me close while I wait. Teach me to trust Your timing the way I trust the sunrise.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about waiting on the Lord
But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.
The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him. It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.
