God,
My family will be on the road a lot these next weeks: work trips, school games, holiday drives. I can't be with all of them at once. Watch over every mile, every parking lot and every late drive home. Bring each one back through the door safe.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses about God's protection
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.
