God,
The appointment is next Tuesday, and the waiting is the hardest part. You know every cell of this body better than any doctor. Give the doctors wisdom and give me peace until then. Whatever they say, let me rest in You.
In Jesus' name, Amen.

Bible verses for sickness and healing
Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.
He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
My flesh and my heart faileth: but God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
